RECRUITMENT OUTSOURCING

Rosaleen Blair (pictured), chief executive of Alexander Mann Solutions, has been named as the Veuve Clicquot Businesswoman of the Year.

The award, which recognises female entrepreneurs, was presented to Blair for the way in which she has revolutionised recruitment for large companies.

Sally Warmington, Veuve Clicquot brand director, says: “Her innovative and visionary approach has transformed the international world of recruitment.”

Blair, who will be speaking at the Recruiter Annual Forum in London next week,  founded and built Alexander Mann into a £300m business which employs more than 800 people.
