Harvey Nash stake in TechDiscovery
The Harvey Nash Group has taken a 49.9% stake in TechDiscovery for £700,000 with an option to purchase the remaining 50.1% within three years. The deal expands and formalises the partnership between the two companies. The companies have worked together since 2006 providing joint IT solutions and consulting to shared clients across the US.

4MAT to enhance NES web
NES Group, the global engineering, rail and IT recruitment specialist, has selected 4MAT to completely redesign and enhanced its web offering. 4MAT will be responsible for the functionality and search engine optimisation of the new site, which is expected to go live in mid-January.

News Digital gets advantage
News Digital has acquired a 49% stake in RECRUITadvantage, a provider of recruitment management systems to recruitment companies and employers. Users include Kelly Services, Manpower, Talent2 and Slade Group.

Actonomy for Recruitactive
Recruitactive, a provider of solutions for e-recruitment and online recruitment, has selected Actonomy intelligent HR matching technology to be integrated into its e-recruitment and applicant tracking system.

Remploy helps TK Maxx
Remploy has been appointed to help the Distribution Services arm of retailer TK Maxx meet its recruitment needs and to provide support for its existing disabled workers. The companies have been working together for several years.
