Job Description

One of the leading engineering recruiters are now expanding and looking for resourcers/trainee consultants to help develop the business. This key role is to identify new leads, and help with general research for the sales team. You will be expected to source candidates for specific roles, providing effective screening ready to put in front of the client. You will be expected to interview candidates both face to face and via the telephone. You should have an excellent telephone manner and communicate efficiently. You will work closely with established consultants and senior team members to help you develop. You will be rewarded with commission and benefits on top of your basic salary. Dependent on performance.
