Senior Technical Recruiter

The last great uncharted territories on earth aren't on earth at all - they're thousands of metres under the sea. Some people call these places hostile. Here at Subsea 7 we call them home, as we're one of the leading global subsea engineering and construction companies in the oil and gas industry.

With a recruitment agency background or internal recruitment experience you will join our in-house team, providing an effective, proactive and timely recruitment service to Subsea 7. You will advise and assist managers and departments with their recruitment needs, helping them to find the best candidates possible. Management and liaison of recruitment agencies, and
leading and attending candidate interviews in a professional manner is key to this role. You will also maintain internal job boards and external websites with current vacancies, and acknowledge and manage all applications and CVs.

We’re looking for a motivated and positive, professional team player with impeccable communication skills. Working in a challenging, fun and busy environment, you will need to have demonstrable organisation skills and smart working methods, along with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise.

A background in technical recruitment with experience of both UK and international projects covering both contract and permanent staff roles, ideally with a certificate in Personnel Practice, MREC or similar is required. Computer literacy and the ability to effectively use Microsoft packages are essential.
