• Executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has appointed Tammy Hawkins as client partner, head of western United States and head of technology and digital – North America. Hawkins is based in Los Angeles, California, and has over 25 years of search experience focusing on partnering with clients to build and transform their leadership teams within the technology sector. She was previously vice president and managing director for a US-based technology search firm.

• Russell Taylor Group has appointed Gerard Lester as national business development manager to support growth of its expanding construction and fit out division. Lester will work closely with recruitment teams at the company’s Burton Manor headquarters in Cheshire and those based at its offices in Manchester, Liverpool, London and Scotland.
